Don’t miss a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of Monteverdi with staged productions of his three survivng operas: Orfeo, Il ritorno d’Ulisse in patria, and L’incoronazione di Poppea. Artistic Directors Paul O’Dette and Stephen Stubbs, Opera Director Gilbert Blin, and Orchestra Director Robert Mealy bring these iconic works to life with an all-star cast of singers and instrumentalists!

The Monteverdi Trilogy is the centerpiece of a weeklong celebration of Early Music with dozens of concerts featuring distinguished artists, ensembles, and dancers (including Monteverdi’s Vespers of 1610 with the BEMF Vocal & Chamber Ensembles), the world-famous Exhibition, and much more.
