IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING JORDAN HALL
The New England Conservatory is currently undergoing exterior renovations, and is covered entirely by a black tarp. The Gainsborough Street entrance to NEC and Jordan Hall is accessible through the sidewalk scaffolding on Gainsborough Street.
If you are driving to Jordan Hall, please be aware that the Huntington Avenue entrance to Gainsborough Street is currently closed. Gainsborough Street is now accessible only from St. Botolph Street (one block southeast from Huntington Avenue, of off Massachusetts Avenue). Please click here for a map of the area.

Directions
Public Transportation – Green Line or #1 Bus
Take the MBTA Green Line E Train or the #1 Bus to the Symphony station stop. Upon exiting the station, walk down Huntington Avenue on the Symphony Hall side of Massachusetts Avenue. Turn left onto Gainsborough Street. Jordan Hall is located inside New England Conservatory, which is on the right.
Public Transportation – Orange Line
Take the MBTA Orange Line to the Massachusetts Avenue station stop. Follow the signs towards Ruggles and exit at that end of the platform. Walk down Gainsborough Street; Jordan Hall is located inside New England Conservatory, which is on the left.
Driving from the North
Take Route 93 North to Exit 26 and follow signs to Storrow Drive West. Take the Fenway exit and follow signs to Boylston Street Inbound. Continue on Boylston Street approximately one half mile and turn right onto Massachusetts Avenue. Continue straight for approximately one half mile and turn right onto Huntington Avenue just past Symphony Hall. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Gainsborough Street. Jordan Hall is located inside New England Conservatory, which is on the right.
Driving from the South
Take Route 93 North to Exit 18, Massachusetts Avenue. Follow the signs to Massachusetts Avenue and turn right onto Massachusetts Avenue. Continue straight for approximately five blocks and just before the white Symphony Towers, turn left onto St. Botolph Street and take the next right onto Gainsborough Street. Jordan Hall is located inside New England Conservatory, which is on the left.
Driving from the West
Take Route 90 East to Exit 22 towards Prudential. Surface onto Huntington Avenue and continue straight through the light. Go under or across Massachusetts Avenue and turn left at the next traffic light onto Gainsborough Street. Jordan Hall is located inside New England Conservatory, which is on the right.
Parking
There is a garage and a surface lot located at the corner of Gainsborough and St. Botolph Streets, one block from Jordan Hall. There is also a parking garage located on Westland Avenue above Whole Foods Market.
